On Friday, JKN Global Group Public Company Limited formally acknowledged allegations made by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand concerning the falsification of financial statements. The company notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand that it is currently reviewing the details in question to determine a proper course of action in line with legal procedures.
The SEC has accused three parties of potential misconduct: JKN Global Group, CEO Jakkaphong “Anne” Jakrajutatip, and Director Pimauma Jakrajutatip. The matter has been escalated to the Department of Special Investigation (DSI). The allegations include the inclusion of false information and the preparation of incomplete or misleading financial records related to fiscal year 2023 and the first quarter of 2024.
In response to the complaints, both CEO Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip and Director Pimauma Jakrajutatip submitted their resignation letters, stepping down from all roles including directors, subcommittee members, and executive positions effective June 5, 2025. The company announced plans to hold a Board of Directors meeting to address the matter and take appropriate action.
