MISS GRAND PHILIPPINES SWIMSUIT COMPETITION POSTPONED DUE TO ONGOING TYPHOON

The organizers of Miss Grand Philippines 2025 have announced the postponement of the Swimsuit Competition originally scheduled to take place in Alaminos, Pangasinan. The decision comes in response to the ongoing typhoon and severe weather conditions currently impacting several regions of the Philippines, many of which have been placed under a state of calamity.

In an official statement, the organization emphasized that the postponement was a difficult but necessary choice driven by a commitment to safety, empathy, and compassion. The organizers acknowledged that while the situation is beyond their control, it is essential to remain sensitive to the struggles being faced by many Filipinos amid the extreme weather events.

“We thank the LGU of Alaminos and all our partners for their understanding and support,” the statement read. Organizers also assured the public that a revised schedule for the Swimsuit Competition will be announced once the weather conditions improve and circumstances allow.

The Miss Grand Philippines committee extended its thoughts and prayers to all those affected, urging the public to prioritize safety during this time.
